Privacy Policy

Humboldt Biblesta Inc. (“Biblesta,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates www.biblesta.org. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us. Through our contact form, that’s your name, email address, an optional phone number, what you’re interested in, and your message. We don’t take payments or donations through this website.

Third-party services we use

These providers process data on our behalf or on their own terms:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and privacy-first, cookieless web analytics.
• Formspree — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Vimeo — hosts and plays the videos on this site. The players load with Vimeo’s “do not track” setting on.

Fonts and icons are self-hosted on our own domain, so loading this site does not send your data to a font or icon CDN.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other websites.

How we use information

To reply to you, to organize volunteers and parade entries, and to keep the site working. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep messages only as long as needed for the purpose you sent them, and for ordinary record-keeping. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected].

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please use your judgment about what you send us.

Third-party links

Where we link out — to Google Maps, Google Calendar or a video — that site’s own privacy policy applies once you leave ours.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date at the top will change when we do.
